Everyday is filled with ups and downs. All we want is a way to escape it. All we need is a open door or place to run from it. Truth is we have a open door at all time. We are able to talk to God free of judgment and in a very real way.
Prayer allows us to take time to gain direct access to our holy father in such a intimate way. Most times we are caught up with the chatter of busy days we forget to take time and lift a prayer. Prayer gives us the ability to tell the father many things. What we need, what we are struggling with, what we are grateful for, what we desire, to make petitions, what are grieving over and more.
In prayer we can lay out all our issues and feelings and ask God to help us and send us directions. In these moments of private intimacy we are believed to be connecting directly to our heavenly father....he does in fact hear us we just must have our faith in tact that these prayers shall be answered.
There are even times when we pray were we feel God didnt hear us or provide what we needed. We just dont get why he didn't give us what we prayed for. The truth is in prayer even when we pray we have our free will to lick and choose what we want to pray for and how we make decisions in life. However the same principle also is present with our heavenly father he has a will of his own also. So if we pray for something and its not apart of his will for you you are most likely not to get it.
We get angry when we dont get what we want but we have no idea what could have happened if we received it. We must remain thankful to God for every thing he does and doesnt do. He is in charge of everything so we must know everything will work out for our good. When we pray we also must keep it very transparent and full of gratitude and praise. We must always come before the father with a heart of forgiveness in order to show God our willingness to take accountability for our actions no matter how big or small.
Prayer is our vocal love letter to God. Make sure your doing it everyday. Release your cares on him. Let go of all pain and hurt and be free in this private space of peace between you and the father. If you dont know how to pray below i have listed the Lords Prayer. This also is blessed and will put your needs forward and remove all sin. Remember prayer is your greatest tool in your weapon shed against the enemy. You must use it to open doors of possibilities, change, breakthrough, healing, deliverance, direction, and forgiveness. Pray without fail. GOD is listening!!!
